Job summary

Automotive Industries Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Toyota Malaysia, seeks a Senior Executive Production to oversee daily production operations at the Tanjung Malim plant. You will drive production targets, manage manpower, monitor OEE, and ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires a Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive engineering degree, 5–7 years in manufacturing with 2–3 years in supervision, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, lean tools, 5S and kaizen.
• Proven leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• 5–7 years manufacturing experience, automotive preferred, with 2–3 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production operations at Tanjung Malim to meet targets.
• Manage manpower deployment, performance, OEE, scrap, downtime, and abnormalities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, Safety.
• Provide timely production performance reports and countermeasure proposals.
