Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• > 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing, preferably in Test Product/Engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog/digital/power product knowledge, failure analysis and RCA.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition low-yield production lots and drive root-cause actions.
• Work with test engineering, assembly, quality, and OSAT to resolve issues and maintain flow.
• Execute day-to-day sustaining activities to improve overall metrics and delivery.
• Qualification and validation of new products and tester platform migration.
• Contribute to Gross Margin improvement initiatives via yield enhancement.
• Oversee system integration and cross-functional collaboration.
