Job summary

DK Bank, expanding its Center of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Product Manager to define and drive corporate banking product initiatives across onboarding, core banking, and corporate internet banking portals.

You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into tangible product enhancements, manage delivery, and track multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology.
• 3–6 years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Experience writing product requirements and managing SDLC tools (Confluence, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and manage end-to-end development of corporate banking products.
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to launch new features across digital channels and banking platforms.
• Work with UI/UX and engineering to ensure a consistent high-quality user experience across onboarding and banking channels.
• Translate business requirements into system enhancements in collaboration with developers and technical teams.
• Manage Jira backlogs, support sprint planning and delivery ceremonies, and track progress across multiple workstreams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for channel innovation and product development.
