• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of Product Engineering experience in semiconductor/electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems.
• Experience in design validation, product qualification, and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sustaining products while achieving yield, quality, and reliability targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and ability to prepare clear technical documentation.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
