• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of Product Engineering experience in semiconductor/electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems.
• Experience in design validation, product qualification, and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sustaining products while achieving yield, quality, and reliability targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, product sustainment, manufacturing support, and test & measurement systems.
• Experience in design validation, product qualification, and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sustaining products while achieving yield, quality, and reliability targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and prepare clear technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated test systems and test development environments.
• Familiarity with NI/Emerson products, tools, platforms, and processes.

• Knowledge of RF theory, RF testing, debugging, and applications.
