Job summary

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PE preferred, and 10+ years of experience with a proven track record managing product development projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• PE certification preferred
• 10+ years in product development engineering
• Proven track record of managing product development projects
• Advanced knowledge of product development processes and principles
• Memory test process, test flow design, system test process and flow design, failure analysis of memory and system failures

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced engineering strategies to enhance product performance and efficiency
• Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision‑making in product development processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and engineering standards
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve product development processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development lifecycle
• Participate in technical reviews and provide expert guidance on module engineering challenges
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and performance
