Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a procurement strategy and transformation advisory expert to guide clients through sourcing and operating-model redesign. You will lead assessments, design transformation programs, and drive value through cost optimization and digital procurement initiatives.

Engage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and shape technology roadmaps to deliver measurable client value across direct and indirect spend segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience in procurement, sourcing, or transformation.
• Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels.
• Strong ability to build business cases and quantify client value.
• Proven capability to design and implement procurement transformation programs.
• Proficiency with data analytics and spend diagnostics in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement and sourcing transformation initiatives to unlock value.
• Lead assessments of operating models, governance, and sourcing strategies.
• Design and implement strategic procurement transformation programs and category management initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies across direct, indirect, and capex categories.
• Lead cost reduction, spend rationalization, and value creation engagements.
• Apply should-cost modeling and supplier market intelligence to optimize spend.
• Conduct diagnostics, spend analytics, and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align objectives with business goals.
• Support procurement technology strategy including S2P, P2P, and analytics.
