Job summary

GlobalFoundries Malaysia Sdn. Bhd in Penang is seeking a process engineer to develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.

You will create, analyze and review technical charts, establish SOPs and FMEA, review product development requirements for cost and schedule, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results while upholding safety and EHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience level: BS with 0–2 years or MS with 0–2 years.
• Knowledge of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOPs and FMEA for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Ensure safety and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security compliance.
