Qualifications

• MS/BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics.
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written) and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge in big data analysis and AI/ML; Python is a plus.
• Experience in wafer fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sustain production monitoring, SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting for process and tool issues.
• Develop new process recipes for new/existing technologies and improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fabs and suppliers for recipe convergence and I4.0 automation.
• Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers and support day-to-day operations.
