Job summary

PCA Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements, remain safe and reliable, and to optimize manufacturing processes in its Johor Bahru facility. You will determine process flows, machine parameters, and work instructions, while updating documentation and heat profiles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least two years of experience in manufacturing processes.
Experience in supervising personnel and training.

Responsibilities

Determine the process flow, materials used, machine parameters, machine programming and work instructions for all manufacturing processes.
Update and well document all manufacturing process method, machine programs and machine heat profile.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes ensuring that all process are safe and reliable.
Conduct evaluation in new materials to be introduced to existing process and material suspected to cause quality problems.
Identify, propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Identify training needs for all personnel under supervision to obtain the relevant skills knowledge.
Participate in internal quality audits, evaluate and qualifying materials supplier, control of non-conforming products and other functions relating to quality of products and services.
