Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in polymer/science/engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement the BD Excellence workflow.
• Manage and supervise CODE operations (Compounding and Catheter Offline Dipping Equipment).
• Advance EHS initiatives to reduce process risks.
• Plan and qualify new materials to support business continuity.
• Oversee chemical and latex preparation for production use.
• Oversee waste management and alcohol recovery as per DOE and high hazard requirements.
• Lead personnel to drive continuous yield improvements.
• Collaborate with COE on latex technology initiatives and knowledge transfers.
