Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Senior Process Enablement Analyst to own end‑to‑end system requirements for regional product areas across corporate digital platforms. You will translate business processes into scalable workflows, ensure quality from design to rollout, and own solution outcomes across countries.

The role involves defining backlogs, coordinating with IT and vendor teams, and leading UAT and business validation to secure sign-off readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, inventory management, consignment, or workflow-driven processes.
• Ability to translate business processes into scalable system workflows and rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex scenarios.
• Familiarity with SAP processes and master data structures.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution behavior for regional business processes.
• Translate regional processes into scalable system workflows and rules.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog considering value, country requirements, feasibility and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT teams, Process Excellence Analysts, and vendors to reflect processes in system behavior.
• Clarify master data dependencies, data flows, and integrations across processes.
• Review and approve Functional Requirement Specifications, UI/UX designs, and proposals.
• Lead UAT, validate business readiness, prioritize defects, and sign-off.
• Support user demos, training, and rollout readiness.
