Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent as stated.
• At least 5 years in semiconductor casting/molding.
• Experience in process development or NPI is preferred.
• Hands-on casting/molding with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introductions by delivering Process and Equipment solutions meeting quality and timeline targets.
• Ensure second source and cost savings via new suppliers or processes.
• Contribute to resolving chronic issues with innovative solutions.
• Provide active input in team-based problem solving (e.g., Focus Team).
• Maintain and share knowledge through design guidelines, supplier capability, and training.
