Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage, seeks a Process Control System Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize semiconductor processes for higher quality and reliability. You will analyze data, apply SPC/FDC, and implement Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing solutions, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Your role includes managing yield, costs, and risks, while exploring Machine Learning, IIoT, and Deep Learning to drive stronger process capability and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and advanced process control.
• Strong data analysis and programming skills with ML exposure.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance smart control solutions for optimal manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical oversight and support for process control implementation.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify process variations and translate findings into control solutions.
• Define data collection requirements and integrate data in the E3 environment.
• Establish limits and OCAP; participate in reviews with the process control team.
• Develop and deliver training on control systems and related topics.
• Leverage AI to develop control systems for process management.
