Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Commissioning Electrical Engineer in Malaysia to plan and oversee electrical commissioning activities for critical infrastructure projects. You will develop goals to meet scope, functionality and quality expectations while leading a team of commissioning staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical/tech and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong CAD skills and proficient communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or technology field with business aptitude and strong technical competencies.
• English language minimum B1 level.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all electrical related commissioning activities.
• Develop commissioning goals and objectives to meet scope, functionality and quality expectations.
• Supervise commissioning staff including hiring, engagement, feedback, compensation reviews and action as role model.
• Develop and manage standards and policies during commissioning to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Provide commissioning leadership in deploying data center and telecom infrastructure solutions across EMEA region, integrating hardware, software and services.
