AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad seeks a Head of IT to craft the technology strategy and lead Malaysia's technology organization. You will direct design, implementation and operations, oversee vendor management, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to deliver systems aligned with business goals while mentoring teams and driving performance.

Qualificações

• Thorough understanding of the Malaysia General Insurance industry.
• Demonstrated technology leadership and strategy development.
• Experience leading technology teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as Bank Negara's.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the strategy and set technology direction for AIG Malaysia.
• Lead design, implementation, and support of technology with vendor management.
• Provide leadership to Malaysia Technology Teams across strategic, operational, project and production support.
• Align technology initiatives with Asia Pacific and global stakeholders.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to meet service standards.
