Job summary

Sandisk Malaysia in Penang invites an experienced Product Owner / POM Team Leader to drive product lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination for multiple products. You will lead a cross-functional POM team and ensure successful development, qualification, and manufacturing ramp-up.

The role requires 5–7 years of program management and NPI experience in EMS/Semiconductor, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Project. On-site in Penang.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of PM and NPI experience in EMS/Semiconductor.
• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional POM team throughout product lifecycle.
• Develop and manage qualification plans and builds.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales Ops, and Factory.
• Ensure LVM and production readiness across key operational functions.
• Maintain BOM accuracy and SKU management.
• Lead NPI builds and build readiness reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
