Cal-Comp Precision (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist (Plastic Molding) to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and optimizing plastic injection tooling and equipment to ensure high uptime and quality.

You will collaborate with process engineers to validate tooling, transfer tooling from customers, and drive improvements in yield, downtime, and productivity across our precision molding operations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and down molds, process parameter setup & machine startup
• Track daily production order and work on improvement to eliminate any variance
• Verify all quality aspect meeting requirement & monitor closely, including yield update
• Follow up on production schedule and support process engineer to achieve low downtime and rejection rate
• Work with process engineer perform products validation for new tooling or tooling transfer from customer, modification improvement
