Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Manager Operations for the Penang 1 site to lead manufacturing operations across EHS, quality, delivery and cost control. The role requires driving continuous improvement, talent development and a culture aligned with TE’s leadership model.

Accountability includes managing a large workforce, ensuring safety first, and aligning plant objectives with business goals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/OPEX.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations for a site of ca. 1000 employees to meet safety, quality, delivery and profitability goals.
• Manage cross‑functional alignment across Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Quality, ISC, OpEx, HR and Finance.
• Drive Zero Incident safety culture and Zero Incident quality performance for major customers and projects.
