Job summary

Grab is seeking a Research Scientist, People Analytics to apply strategic consulting and applied research to organizational challenges. You will build AI systems to automate People Science workflows and advise leaders on data-driven decisions, reporting to the Head, People Science. This is a hands-on role with a focus on research rigour and user-centric product thinking.

Five-day onsite arrangement. You will conduct applied studies, design hypotheses, and develop an organisational listening

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic consulting and applied organisational research across qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to translate evidence into practical decisions for senior stakeholders.
• Adept at designing and evaluating programmes using experiments or quasi-experimental methods.

Responsibilities

• Build an organisational listening and action engine using employee data to guide action.
• Develop AI systems to automate People Science workflows and insights generation.
• Conduct applied organisational research using diverse methods including surveys and interviews.
• Design hypotheses and evaluate programmes using appropriate research methods.
• Advise leaders by framing problems and translating evidence into decisions.
• Create accessible AI-powered tools and data products for non-technical users.
