HHCG WELLNESS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own hands‑on execution of paid acquisition, SEO, and AI‑driven search visibility across multiple brands. You will diagnose issues, implement solutions, and relentlessly improve performance in a remote setup.

You will lead Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and analytics efforts, optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and local search across locations while reporting to Growth Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
• Ability to diagnose and improve underperforming paid campaigns.
• Experience in recovering organic traffic and rankings.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads end‑to‑end.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across brands and locations.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
• Diagnose changes in CPL, CPA, lead quality and conversion performance and take corrective action.
• Continuously test campaign structures, audiences, keywords, bidding, creatives, offers and landing pages.
• Analyse the full funnel from lead to appointment to revenue where data is available.
• Own technical, on-page, content and local SEO across all company websites.
• Investigate traffic, ranking and organic lead declines and execute recovery plans.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, search‑intent and content‑gap research.
• Build and optimise service, condition, location and landing pages.
• Manage site architecture, internal linking, structured data/schema and technical SEO.
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profiles across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute AIO, GEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI‑driven search platforms.
• Monitor and improve brand, clinic and practitioner mentions, citations and visibility across traditional and AI search.
• Strengthen content, authority, entity and structured‑data signals for both traditional SEO and AI‑driven discovery.
• Manage GA4, GTM, Google Search Console and relevant advertising and SEO tools.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution are correctly implemented.
