Job summary

Access World in Malaysia seeks an experienced Oracle PaaS Senior Developer to lead design, development, and customization on our Oracle Cloud Platform. You will drive integrations with OIC and manage deployments across environments up to Production.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Oracle PaaS, strong VBCS/OIC skills, and a proven track record delivering production-ready solutions with attention to security and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Oracle PaaS development.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – building, deploying, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Hands-on experience deploying and releasing solutions into Production environments.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and PaaS ecosystem.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
• Good communication skills, liaising with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Lead customization, configuration, and extension of Oracle PaaS solutions to meet business requirements
• Manage end-to-end deployment activities, including migration and release of code/configurations into Production environment
• Ensure deployment activities follow proper change control, testing, and rollback procedures
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members on Oracle PaaS development practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PaaS applications, integrations, and Production deployments
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability across PaaS solutions
• Document technical designs, configurations, integration flows, and deployment procedures
