Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in a relevant field preferred for advanced optical roles.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation and optical analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of opto-mechanical design and optical concepts.
- Proficient in optical design software and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype and optimize optical products and components.
- Define and optimize workflows for instruments.
- Support product ramp-up to serial production and establish quality standards.
- Maintain portfolio with operations, purchasing and vendors.
