Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a palm oil refinery. Responsibilities include managing logistics, inventory, compliance, and ensuring efficient customer fulfillment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of operational experience, preferably in the palm oil industry, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. This role requires an on-site presence in Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational experience, preferably in a palm oil refinery.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with PORAM contracts and MPOB regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the refinery, ensuring efficiency.
• Manage inventory and prepare planning charts with Marketing and Production.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies.
