Job summary

JYG Holding is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee SMT/PCBA manufacturing and manage all departments to meet business objectives. You will coordinate production, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, HR and admin to ensure efficient operations.

You will set plans, targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement, budgeting and resource optimization to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple departments.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably SMT / PCBA.
• Strong understanding of overall business operations including manufacturing, finance and people management.
• Proven ability to lead department heads and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• ERP systems experience and knowledge of quality management/continuous improvement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall company operations and ensure all departments work towards business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate production, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, HR and administration functions.
• Develop operational plans, departmental targets and KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Manage budgets, operating costs, manpower and resources to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure production, product quality and delivery performance meet customer requirements.
• Establish and improve company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Resolve cross-departmental issues and drive continuous improvement across the company.
• Develop department heads and strengthen team performance and accountability.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards and workplace safety.
• Report performance, risks and improvement plans to senior management.
• Support business growth, capacity expansion and strategic initiatives.
