Qualifications

• 1+ years of development in Siemens Camstar/Opcenter technologies (PortalDesignerCIOMIO).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of integration methodologies with SAP, Opcenter APS (Preactor), equipment controls and metrology systems.
• Technical understanding with manufacturing technologies like ControlsPLC, OPC, SCADA, historian and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficient in SQL scripting, including stored procedures, functions, tables and views.
• Understanding of PDQ (Product Development Quality Assurance) methodology.
• Understanding of SDLC and tools like Jira and GitLab.
• Experience in supporting manufacturing and IT solutions.
• Ability to work with coworkers and external contacts to achieve goals.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Works as a team member within own IT group and with other IT departments to implement changes or new applications.
• Evaluates current system capabilities to identify changes that need to be made and may recommend improvements.
• Creates technical specifications and applications using required programming languages; notifies management if requirements cannot be met.
• Performs comprehensive functionality tests of new and updated applications.
• Communicates direction, status, and problems with work assignments to management.
• Writes documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
• Monitors performance and provides ongoing program support after implementation.
• Adheres to established development methodologies and IT standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
