Job summary

GDP Architects is seeking an experienced Resident Architect to support our project delivery team during the construction phase. You will oversee architectural matters on site, ensuring construction aligns with the approved design, specifications and quality standards.

The role requires strong coordination with consultants and contractors, site inspections, RFIs, NCRs, and issue resolution to maintain project quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant site and construction experience.
• Degree in Architecture (Part II or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, site coordination and contract documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team and Contract Administrator on architectural matters during construction.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Review and respond to RFIs.
• Issue site memos and assist in managing NCRs.
• Resolve architectural issues arising during construction.
