Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in network protocols such as MPLS, BGP, OSPF.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking hardware.
• Expertise in programming and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for Core Services Applications.
• Manage Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems in networks.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
