Job summary

DayOne is expanding its global data infrastructure team and seeks an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain enterprise-grade network environments across data centers and office spaces. You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate recurring tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure secure, scalable connectivity.

The role requires hands-on experience with routing/switching, SD-WAN, and security controls, plus familiarity with monitoring tools like

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network engineering, implementation and operations.
• Experience in enterprise/data center networks.
• Experience in global enterprises or consulting firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and deficiencies in current network architecture and operations and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including root-cause analysis and incident management.
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain data center and workplace network environments
• Monitor network performance and optimize quality and reliability; establish operation standards
