Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks a Multi-Platform Endpoint Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage enterprise Windows, macOS, and Linux client estates. You will run JAMF Pro, Landscape, and Intune to enforce standards, upgrade cycles, and seamless user experiences across non-Windows and Windows devices.

You will spearhead OS lifecycle roadmaps, patching, and hardware refresh programs while ensuring security integration with EDR tools and encryption policies across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Administration, IT, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years hands-on systems engineering across macOS, Linux, and Windows in enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in JAMF Pro, Shell/Bash scripting, Python, ABM, and Linux desktop administration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer and manage cross-platform endpoint solutions (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Administer JAMF Pro, Landscape, and Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle upgrades.
• Lead OS lifecycle planning, major version upgrades, and hardware refresh strategies.
• Ensure cross-platform reliability, security, and performance; monitor agent health and deployment health across fleets.
• Develop automated enrollment workflows and self-service catalogs to achieve zero-touch deployments.
• Collaborate with security engineers to deploy encryption, EDR tools, and policy governance across OS platforms.
