Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Supplier MRB Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to manage supplier-related nonconforming issues affecting factory operations. You will participate in MRB reviews, initiate containment, and drive timely actions with supplier engineers and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing QA or supplier engineering, with strong analytical and communication skills to influence decisions and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, supplier engineering or QA fields.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Represent MRB in cross-functional reviews with supplier engineers and manufacturing teams.
Lead containment actions and ensure timely disposition updates.
Drive closure of overdue MRB records and escalate as needed.
Coordinate investigations, supplier rework, and inspections with stakeholders.
Develop process improvements to reduce nonconformances and improve MRB efficiency.
