Job summary

PERSOL in Penang seeks a technically versatile engineer with MATLAB, control theory and signal processing expertise to drive robust solutions. The role requires collaboration with software/system architects and engagement with academia to advance platform strategy.

The candidate will mentor engineers, apply agile practices, and contribute to both FW/EE/ SW architectures while improving performance and reliability of existing and new solutions.

Qualifications

Technical degree in a relevant field (CS/robotics/control technology/electrical/software engineering).
Software development including testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with objectives, deadlines and budgets.
Mentor and coach other engineers.
