Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd in City Area (Jalan Othman) is seeking a Senior Officer, Mortgage Specialist to lead strategic acquisition of new mortgage customers, advise on housing loan packages and deliver compliant solutions.

You will grow the branch’s customer portfolio by cross-selling banking services and maintaining relationships. Requires Diploma/Bachelor and 2 years of B2C sales; mortgage sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2 years of B2C sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience in Banking Retail Products, preferably mortgage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Result-driven, comfortable dealing with all levels.
• Committed, confident, self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic acquisition of new mortgage customers across marketing channels.
• Advise, prepare and deliver suitable mortgage packages to customers.
• Grow the branch's customer portfolio by providing product solutions.
