Job summary

respond.io is seeking a detail‑oriented Mobile Developer to join our Frontend Team. You’ll contribute hands‑on in React Native and TypeScript, collaborating with Web Development and Product to ship features that shape the mobile experience.

This is a senior, hands‑on role on a small team with real user impact. You’ll own features end‑to‑end, monitor real‑world performance, and drive improvements in code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with React Native app lifecycle, user interactions and API integration.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Zustand / Context API).
• Experience testing with Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android native tools (Xcode / Android Studio) and app deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features in React Native and TypeScript from idea through release.
• Monitor app performance and optimize speed, stability and responsiveness.
• Fix bugs, identify patterns, and prevent repeat issues.
• Improve code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
• Explore new tools and patterns to improve the development process.
