Zimmer Biomet in Malaysia seeks a Senior Sales Representative- Recon to drive sales within hospitals and clinics. You will provide expert advice, support surgeons, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase market share.

You will coordinate with operations and distributors to ensure timely delivery of instruments and implants, conduct trainings, and stay updated on clinical information to support customers effectively.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital.
• Experience in scrubbing/clinical support in operating theatre preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives.
• Build and establish relationships with key decision makers to grow sales and market share.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify growth opportunities; develop/execute sales plans.
• Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of instruments and products in surgeries.
• Coordinate with Operations/Distributors to ensure delivery of instruments and implants to customer/theatre.
• Conduct product training/workshops and participate to enhance product knowledge.
