Job summary

Onesubsea seeks a Senior Engineer - Tie In to support innovative, cost-effective solutions and develop improved techniques and products. The role involves planning, conducting and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives on time.

You will assist in requirements, design, and analysis; build prototypes, run lab simulations, design tests and document results for customer presentations. You will mentor junior engineers and lead technicians, ensuring timely risk assessments and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with prototype development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and organizing requirements.
• Analyze, design, develop and maintain products; assist in commercialization.
• Build prototypes and run lab simulations; design tests and document results.
• Produce analyses and models and draw design conclusions.
• Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specs and designs.
• Create and maintain product documentation; provide field support and training as needed.
• Direct and review work of technicians; mentor junior engineers.
• Evaluate engineering approaches and risks; share expertise across the organization.
• Author technical reports, papers and presentations; stay updated on new concepts.
