Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with multiple teams and manage different tasks.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activities.
• Support the preparation of campaign timelines, briefs and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with different team members to ensure campaign activities are completed on time.
• Assist with product launches, events, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks between the marketing team and relevant departments.
• Follow up on campaign deliverables and deadlines.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies and suppliers when required.
• Keep track of ongoing projects and highlight any issues or delays to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
• Assist the Social Media Executive and Designer with content and campaign requirements.
• Support the preparation of social media, digital, retail and promotional materials.
• Assist in researching marketing trends, competitor activities and campaign ideas.
• Collect and consolidate marketing performance data from different channels.
• Assist in preparing monthly campaign reports and presentations.
• Track basic campaign KPIs and highlight key observations.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and project files.
• Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other marketing documentation.
• Ensure marketing assets and campaign materials are properly organised.
• Support the Marketing Manager in various marketing projects and initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the agreed timeline.
