The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or finance and has 2–3 years of relevant experience in commodities, with a knack for automation and programming (Python) and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in the commodity industry.
• Preferably with automation & programming skills, such as Python.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Passionate about risk management & analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily validation and reporting of trading P&L to traders and management, including analysis of key P&L.
• Monitor and ensure exposures are within approved limits.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for the Risk Management Committee.
• Collaborate with team to mitigate risk and improve processes.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of position.
