Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Production Training Coordinator to develop and drive the manufacturing learning and capability framework. You will work across Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR to ensure competency-based training, governance, and compliance, delivering effective knowledge transfer in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on training strategy, administration, governance, and continuous improvement to enhance workforce capability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years in Training, Learning & Development or Capability Development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience developing competency frameworks and learning pathways.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, implement, and improve the manufacturing learning and capability framework.
• Identify capability gaps and develop competency frameworks and training solutions.
• Support onboarding, certification, recertification, multi-skilling and cross-training programs.
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain accurate training records.
