Honeywell Aerospace in Perai, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to support PCB debugging, testing, and assembly in a fast-paced production environment. You will troubleshoot boards, ensure conformance to specs, and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in electronics-related fields, 5 years’ PCB experience, and may have Ball Grid Array rework skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience debugging or troubleshooting PCB/electronic circuits.
• Diploma or higher in electronics-related field is required.
• Ball Grid Array rework skills are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshooting and debug Honeywell Aerospace PCB according to SOP.
• Analyze and provide failure mode information to engineers and assist Root Cause Analysis.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity and adherence to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.

• Troubleshooting and debug Honeywell Aerospace PCB (Printed Circuit Board), according to standard operating procedures
• Analyse and provide failure mode and information to engineers and assist engineers on the Root Cause Analysis
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 years’ experience working in a debug and troubleshooting PCB or electronic circuit board
• Prefer to have electronic background
• Prefer to have good soldering skills, Ball Grid Array rework skills will be an advantage
• Works under minimal supervision
