Job summary

Celestica in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy and optimize processes for higher quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery for customer products.

You will lead process development for new customer products, implement DFx and data-driven yield improvements, and communicate critical technical and business issues to management while working in a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years in a similar role or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and release of full manufacturing processes for new customer products.
• Understand and provide feedback on customer technical requirements to team members and management.
• Develop costed and optimized feedback using DFx tools to reduce manufacturing cost and improve quality.
• Assess capability of process applications using Design of Experiments.
• Devise process controls and data collection strategies; analyze data to report yield and root causes.
