Job summary

Dexcom Malaysia is seeking a Sr Process Engineer based in a cleanroom and production floor to provide technical support for the improvement, installation, validation and transfer of replicate custom wet coating equipment used in scaling up manufacturing for new or existing Dexcom products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Engineering, R&D, and outside suppliers to identify improvements, maintain process documentation, develop PFMEA, BOMs and SOPs, and lead

Qualifications

• Position requires expertise in process engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with PFMEA, SOP development, and BOM control plans.

Responsibilities

• Support improvement, installation, validation and transfer of replicate coating equipment for manufacturing scale-up.
• Define and implement robust monitoring to measure process performance and reduce scrap.
• Develop process flow diagrams, PFMEA, BOMs, control plans, and SOPs; oversee product readiness.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering, R&D, Malaysia Test Lab and outside suppliers to implement equipment solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and update equipment documentation as needed.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to the broader Dexcom team.
