Emerson is seeking a strategic manufacturing leader to head day-to-day operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics. You will optimize resources, lead capacity planning, and guide NPI and capital projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will champion Lean, automation, and data-driven decision making, collaborating across regions to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of manufacturing leadership experience with world-class practices.
• Proven experience leading large manufacturing organizations and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, facilities, inventory, and capital for maximum efficiency.
• Drive a high-performance culture through employee engagement, coaching, and talent development.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs using data to drive performance and decisions.
• Lead capacity planning, NPI, capital projects, and manufacturing expansion.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, ESH, safety regulations, and foster a strong safety culture.
• Own operational financial performance including productivity, cost, inventory, and P&L.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and customer satisfaction.
