Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in equipment engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Line transfer experience is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in problem solving, report writing, process improvement and project management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, order and commission key process equipment to CGMP standards in Operations Engineering Cycle.
• Act as engineering process owner for the area.
• Develop and modify manufacturing documentation and procedures for products and new introductions to production.
• Ensure new products meet business, quality and cost goals.
• Develop and modify manufacturing processes to improve quality and output.
• Ensure product and component specifications are met.
• Perform supplier/vendor qualification activities as required.
• Support material discrepancy review and disposition (MRB).
• Provide training and leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Support CAPA and other quality initiatives to achieve goals.
• Maintain capacity models and plan for capital needs.
• Travel internationally for project work.
