Boston Scientific Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to perform end-to-end manufacturing engineering duties on a fast-paced production floor.

You will own process documentation, contribute to equipment selection and commissioning to CGMP, and drive quality improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and willingness to travel as projects require.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5–7 years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, order and commission process equipment to CGMP in Operations Engineering.
• Develop and modify manufacturing documentation and procedures for new and existing products.
• Support quality initiatives (CAPA/NCEP) to meet quality goals.
• Train cross-functional teams and work with internal/external customers.
• Provide calibration SME support and manage calibration lab needs.
