Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking an Engineer III to support the production build on the manufacturing floor and to drive process improvement. You will develop manufacturing-ready documentation, work instructions in MES, and collaborate with engineering, quality and operations to meet standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or a diploma with 5+ years of experience, plus strong Excel and CAD capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience can apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the production build on the manufacturing floor.
• Create manufacturing-ready documentation such as S.O.E.’s (Sequence of Events) and Assembly Process Workflow.
• Establish process for manufacturing and create work instructions for assembly in MES System.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
• Evaluate manufacturing process and create process control plan, PFMEA and risk assessment.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality to improve quality, efficiency and cycle time.
