Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Transformation to govern the enterprise transformation agenda and drive disciplined execution across business and functional pillars.

You will oversee governance, reporting, and decision-making at senior levels, coordinate initiatives with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while supporting the evolution of PMO practices and transition planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in strategic transformation, enterprise PMO, strategy execution, or governance roles within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to operate at enterprise level and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Solid understanding of transformation governance, portfolio management, dependency management, and benefit oversight.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and reporting for senior management forums.

Responsibilities

• Governs and coordinates the enterprise strategic transformation agenda at an enterprise level.
• Establishes and operates enterprise-level transformation governance, including prioritisation principles and escalation mechanisms.
• Oversees and consolidates enterprise transformation progress, risks, interdependencies and outcomes.
• Reviews transformation proposals and business cases to ensure scope alignment and value.
• Coordinates inputs from initiative owners and stakeholders to support informed decision-making at senior levels.
• Provides clear, concise transformation reporting to senior management, steering committees and governance forums.
• Promotes consistent transformation discipline and accountability across the organisation.
• Oversees establishment and ongoing effectiveness of enterprise transformation and PMO governance practices.
• Supports transition planning as the strategic transformation agenda evolves.
