Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager Ramp to Customer to lead high-visibility customer ramp activities from planning through production. You will collaborate with SCM, procurement, production, and operations to drive readiness and launches.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, Lean Six Sigma experience, and a minimum of 10 years in semiconductor operations or program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Optimization and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer ramp activities as the primary point of coordination across SCM planning, procurement, production and operations.
• Partner with project management, marketing, development, and manufacturing to develop scalable production roadmaps.
• Drive successful execution of critical ramp-ups and ensure milestone achievement.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable operational and supply chain plans.
• Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
• Develop and standardize ramp readiness reviews, loading plans and launch management processes.
• Champion cross-functional alignment and governance for informed decision making.
• Monitor supply chain readiness, capacity planning, and material availability in a dynamic environment.

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager Ramp to Customer to lead high-visibility customer ramp activities and ensure seamless execution from planning through production. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational readiness, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Lead customer ramp activities as the primary point of coordination across Supply Chain Planning, Commodity Management, Production Management, and Operations.

Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to develop scalable and resilient production roadmaps.

Drive successful execution of critical product ramp-ups and ensure milestone achievement.

Translate customer requirements into actionable operational and supply chain plans.

Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.

Develop and standardize ramp readiness reviews, accelerated loading plans, and launch management processes.

Champion cross-functional alignment and facilitate informed decision-making through governance and transparency forums.

Monitor supply chain readiness, capacity planning, and material availability in a dynamic environment.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, supply chain, operations, or program management environments.
