Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Manager Ramp to Customer to lead high-visibility customer ramp activities and ensure seamless execution from planning through production.

The role requires collaboration with Supply Chain Planning, Production Management, Procurement, and Quality teams to develop scalable roadmaps and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time launches in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, supply chain, operations or program management environments.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer ramp activities as the primary coordination across Supply Chain Planning, Commodity Management, Production Management, and Operations.
• Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to develop scalable production roadmaps.
• Drive successful execution of critical product ramp-ups and ensure milestone achievement.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable operational and supply chain plans.
• Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
• Develop and standardize ramp readiness reviews, accelerated loading plans, and launch management processes.
• Champion cross-functional alignment and facilitate informed decision-making through governance and transparency forums.
• Monitor supply chain readiness, capacity planning, and material availability in a dynamic environment.

• Supply Chain Optimization Strategic Sourcing Vendor Management Procurement Inventory Management Logistics Operations
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Kaizen, DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
