Reporting to the Country Finance Manager, you will drive accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis across APAC and local leadership.

Your role requires strong financial techniques, performance management, and experience in a global recruitment environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years overall Finance experience.
• At least 5 years in FP&A or Commercial Finance in Global/MNC.
• Min 2 years of People Management Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance.
• Experience in a recruitment industry is preferred.

• Prepare and analyze gross margin movement of Top clients.
• Coach stakeholders in forecasting process.

Senior Manager/ Manager FP&A and Commercial Finance

Reporting to the Country Finance Manager, the Incumbent will be responsible for providing valuable insights to strategic decision-making, and to collaborate and support the link between operations and the finance function in Adecco Malaysia. This will be achieved by a strong knowledge of financial techniques, performance management and a solid understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key responsibilities

Provide accurate and timebound Financial and Business reporting to the APAC and Country Management

Manage the forecast process and ensure high accuracy

Work with the stakeholders to prepare the budget

Analyze and present the performance of business units

Support in the strategy of Adecco Group and Adecco Malaysia

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly actuals against forecast, ensuring accuracy and realistic achievements vs Budget

Present and highlight variances and on target achievements

Prepare and analyze gross margin movement of Top clients

Coach stakeholders in forecasting process

Design and manage tool to link forecast and 1) business activities, 2) FTE headcount

About you

Minimum of 10 years overall Finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A or Commercial Finance in Global/MNC Company

Min 2 years of People Management Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance (or equivalent Finance qualifications and certifications)

Working in a similar capacity in an MNC environment, preferably in the recruitment industry

Strong financial knowledge and business management

Project management

Malaysia employment act and labour information

Experience in a consultancy environment

Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
